Itinerary (Day Wise)

Day 1


•Pick up from Delhi and transfers to Barkot
•Evening reach at Barkot
•Check-in to hotel
•Dinner
•Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2


•Barkot – Yamunotri- Barkot (42 Kms & 5 Kms approx Trek each side) 
•Early morning (4:00 AM)* drive to Jankichatti (42 KMS), start 5 Kms trek from Janki Chatti to Yamunotri either by walk, doli or by horse at own cost. 
•On arrival at Yamunotri, take bath in hot Jamnabai Kund then go for Temple darshan
•After this back down to Jankichatti and then proceed to Barkot.
•Overnight at hotel.

Day 3


•Barkot-Gangotri- Uttarkashi 
•Early morning (4:00 AM) drive to Gangotri
•At Gangotri take a holy dip in the river Ganga, It’s also called Bhagirathi at its origin, then go for Temple darshan
•After temple darshan proceed to Visit Kashi –Vishwanath temple then drive back to Uttarkashi 
•Stay at Uttarkashi

Day 4


•Uttarkashi – Guptkashi (223 Kms, 9 - 10 Hours Approx)
•Morning (7:00 AM) after breakfast checkout from the hotel and then drive to Guptkashi.
•On arrival at Guptkashi check-in the hotel. 
•Dinner
•Stay at Hotel

Day 5


• Guptkashi – Sitapur- Kedarnath (35 Kms & 22 Kms trek) 
• Early morning checkout from the hotel and drive to Sitapur 
• From here, we will start 22 Kms trek to Kedarnath. Either by walk, Doli or by horse at own cost. 
• In the evening visit Shankaracharya Samadhi behind the temple and take a part in evening Aarti. 
• Stay at Kedarnath ( by your own )

Day 6


•Early Morning After Darshan 
•Kedarnath - Guptkashi (22 Kms Down Trek & 35 Kms 3 hrs approx by Road) 
•Early morning (4:00 AM) go for temple darshan, and then trek down to Gaurikund.
•Reach cab parking at Sitapur then proceed back to hotel.
•On arrival check-in the Hotel.
•Overnight stay at the hotel.

   Dinner

Day 7


•Morning proceed to Badrinath take bath in Tapt Kund it’s also called Suryakund. Then go for temple darshan,. 
•Proceed to Joshimath 
•Evening reach to Hotel, Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel

Day 8


•Pipalkoti/Joshimath - Rishikesh 
•Morning after breakfast drive to Rishikesh.
•Enroute visit Devprayag (Sangam of Alaknanda & Bhagirathi River).
•Reach Rishikesh & visit Laxman Jhula, Ram Jhula, Raghunath temple and Geeta Bhavan.( if time permits )
•Night departure to Delhi

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation received no. of days prior to departure Cancellation fee applicable on Net Tour Price (per person)

  • Registration Charges are non refundable and transferable .
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases , we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.
  • In case of Lockdown in destination place, credit shell will be released , you can use it in future bookings , after deduction of IRCTC/Airline Cancellation Charges
Payment Terms
  • Standard check in time 11 AM so early check in subject to availability .Your cooperation will be appreciable.
  • Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.( AC will not work on hills )
  • Package rates are subject to change without prior notice, Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / rerouting of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
  • Cancel bookings even after the acceptance of the payment without assigning any reason. In this case the company shall refund the money to the guest.
  • Dismiss any guest from the tour for misbehavior especially if it affects the group and Physical or verbal assault to the Tour Manager without any refunds.
  • Change hotel and/tour programme due to unavoidable circumstances
  • Registration once booked cannot be cancelled , transferred and exchanged.
  • Travellers have to wait for repair if in case breakdown the vehicle .
  • Travellers are sole responsible for any mishappening , theft , loss , injuries ,illegal activities such as carry banned drugs , unlawful activities during the tour.
